摘要

利用流化床干燥机(FBD)干燥西米髓废弃物的研究相对较少。因此,本研究的目的是通过计算流体动力学建模来仔细研究不同直径和高度的FBD中SPW的干燥。采用多相欧拉-欧拉方法进行了仿真。研究了床层尺寸、风速和温度对SPW干燥性能的影响。在高度较大、直径较小的FBD中,SPW的干燥效果较好。此外,当空气温度从50℃升高到100℃时,干燥性能更好。进气速度不建议高于3m /s ~ 4m /s。FBD的推荐直径为180mm,高度为190mm。达到理想的最终水分含量的最佳操作条件是1-2米/秒的进风速度和50°C的进风温度。
