Results A care design was constructed according to the basic life support protocol, going through six steps: planning, preparation, participation, teledebriefing, assessment and feedback and additional learning, with a Content Validity Index of 0.96. 摘要

目的建立并验证成人住院基本生命支持方案同步、观察式远程模拟护理设计。方法通过范围审查，对理论过程的各个阶段进行方法学研究;实证阶段通过模拟设计内容效度发展，分析阶段采用内容效度指标。结果按照基本生命支持方案构建护理设计，共经历计划、准备、参与、远程汇报、评估反馈和补充学习6个步骤，内容效度指数为0.96。结论本设计在内容上是有效的，可用于护理人员的远程模拟计划和实施，并适用于其他教育环境。
