The entire population is 80 customers of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KCP UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, while the sample used in this study was 50 total respondents, with ages ranging from 20-30 years obtained from filling out questionnaires that had been distributed by researchers and sampling techniques with purposive sampling techniques and the method used in this study was quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression and using SPSS version 26. 摘要
本研究旨在确定和分析Sumsel Babel Syariah KCP Uin Raden Fatah Palembang银行的员工教育、工作纪律和员工工作绩效对银行服务质量的影响。整个人口为Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KCP UIN Raden Fatah Palembang的80名客户,而本研究使用的样本为总共50名受访者,年龄在20-30岁之间,通过填写研究人员分发的问卷和采用有目的抽样技术的抽样技术获得,本研究使用的方法是多元线性回归定量分析,使用SPSS 26版本。本研究结果显示,教育认知、工作纪律、员工工作绩效影响银行服务品质。
