摘要

本研究的目的是分析工作投入对组织承诺的影响。本研究采用定量方法。本研究使用的人群为印尼PT. Daesang Food的员工。量表离线分发,数据使用SPSS 25进行简单回归检验。研究中使用的受访者数量为94名员工。研究结果证明,工作投入对印尼PT. Daesang Food的组织承诺有10.1%的影响。
