The network-centric approach in building the information system of UGS is embodied in the union of all objects of the sys-tem, both within and outside the perimeter in a single information space (network-centric environment), and interoperability is ensured by the proposed interaction technology based on the advanced message queuing protocol – AMQP, which provides for all objects of the network-centric environment the possibility of free mutual exchange of information, regardless of the functions they perform and their internal structure.
