Research on the Ecological Compensation Standard of Paddy Field Based on Rice Farmers’ Willingness to Pay—Take Guangxi as an Example

Ecological compensation standard is the key to encourage rice farmers to protect the ecological environment of paddy fields. This article using contingent valuation method to calculate the ecological compensation standard of paddy field and using Binary Logistic Model to analyze the key influencing factors of rice farmers’ willingness to pay which is based on questionnaire data of 179 rice farmers in Guangxi. This research indicates: (1) The rice farmers’ payment standard is 179.30 yuan/ (mu·year), which could be the reference data of the ecological compensation standard of paddy field in Guangxi. (2)Proportion of agricultural income, area of rice field, methods of ecological compensation, degree of environmental concern, high-quality green agricultural products are key factors that affect rice farmers’ payment.
