(3) Does compensation have an influence on employee performance mediated by Employee Engagement? (4) Does job satisfaction have an influence on employee performance mediated by employee engagement? The sampling method used was purposive sampling method (bank employees) with a total sample of 165 respondents and 19 questions asked. The results of this study indicate that there is no effect of compensation on employee performance. In addition, there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The results of this study also show that there is an influence of compensation on employee performance which is mediated by Employee Engagement and there is also an effect of job satisfaction on employee performance which is mediated by employee engagement.

摘要

本研究旨在探讨薪酬、工作满意度对银行业员工绩效的影响,并以员工敬业度为中介。本研究存在的问题如下:(1)薪酬对员工绩效是否有影响?(2)工作满意度对员工绩效有影响吗?(3)薪酬是否以员工敬业度为中介影响员工绩效?(4)工作满意度是否通过员工敬业度中介对员工绩效产生影响?采用的抽样方法为目的抽样法(银行员工),共抽样165人,共提问19个问题。本研究结果表明,薪酬对员工绩效没有影响。此外,工作满意度对员工绩效有显著的影响。本研究的结果还表明,薪酬对员工绩效的影响是通过员工敬业度来中介的,工作满意度对员工绩效的影响也是通过员工敬业度来中介的。
