Method: The research design is correlational with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling with a total sample of 44 nurses. Data collection for leadership style using a questionnaire, while the nurse performance using a performance appraisal checklist. The statistical test in this study used the Rank Spearman test to determine the correlation between variables. Results: Most of the leadership style in the inpatient ward of the Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital is a democratic leadership style (79.5%), most of the nurses have performance at the sufficient category (65.9%). There is a relationship between the leadership style of the head of the ward and the performance of nurses in the inpatient ward at Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital (p=0,000). Conclusions: The democratic leadership style has a good influence on the nurse performance. 摘要

简介:护士有责任以最佳的方式工作,坚持医院制定的标准,以获得高质量的护理。护理服务质量的决定因素是绩效。病区领导风格是影响护士工作绩效的因素之一。本研究旨在分析格列西克医院住院部护士的领导风格与绩效之间的关系。方法:采用横断面法进行研究设计。本研究的抽样方法为全抽样,共抽样44名护士。数据收集采用问卷调查的领导风格,而护士绩效使用绩效评估清单。本研究的统计检验采用Rank Spearman检验来确定变量之间的相关性。结果:格列西克医院住院部领导风格以民主型领导风格为主(79.5%),表现在充分型的护士占多数(65.9%)。在Muhammadiyah Gresik医院,病房主任的领导风格与住院病房护士的表现之间存在关系(p= 000)。结论:民主型领导方式对护士绩效有良好的影响。通过优化领导角色来提高护士绩效还需进一步研究。
