The improvement of the quality of road oil bitumen, including the thermooxidative resistance to aging, at the production stage with the reduction of the oxidation temperature has been theoretically and empirically justified. BND 60/90 bitumen samples were taken during the research. The samples taken were analyzed according to the temperatures of 200, 220, 250 and 280 ℃. Here, in order to increase the resistance of bitumen samples taken at 160 ℃ to aging due to thermooxidative effect, softening temperature, fragility temperature, penetration at 25 ℃, mass loss, limiting shear stress, softening temperature in Petri cups and the relationships between them were studied in different regimes. It was determined that the preparation of asphalt-concrete mixtures and road surfaces from bitumen obtained as a result of oxidation of raw materials at a temperature of 220 °C is considered more favorable. It has been studied that bitumen oxidized at a temperature of 220 ℃ allows to extend the service life by 1.3-1.5 times due to its aging resistance. 摘要

对氧化沥青在不同温度条件下的质量和使用性能进行了研究。在生产阶段,随着氧化温度的降低,道路油沥青质量的提高,包括抗热氧化老化能力的提高,从理论上和经验上都得到了证明。研究过程中采集了BND 60/90沥青样品。采集的样品分别在200、220、250、280℃温度下进行分析。为了提高160℃下沥青试样的热氧化老化性能,研究了软化温度、脆性温度、25℃下的渗透性、质量损失、极限剪切应力和软化温度在不同条件下的关系。经确定,在220°C的温度下,由原料氧化得到的沥青制备沥青-混凝土混合物和路面被认为是更有利的。经研究,沥青在220℃氧化后,由于其耐老化性能,使用寿命可延长1.3-1.5倍。关键词:沥青,氧化温度,软化温度,易碎性,质量损失,路面,抗老化性,有限剪切应力,热氧化效应
