Objective: This study aims to assess the patient’s cardiorespiratory fitness in association with their CORADS classification and QOL in post-COVID-19 individuals is essential during this pandemic. Methodology: A retrospective study was conducted with 60 post-COVID-19 individuals who were recruited by convenience. Result: P value of symptomatic and asymptomatic is 0.001, which is considered significant based on their VO2, and that the mean difference, standard error difference, and 95% confidence interval of the difference for both are −6.68, 0.73, and −8.14, respectively. The physical component of QOL is significant in symptomatic individuals (0.005), but all other components are nonsignificant.
