The indicator's influencing factors' weights are achieved through normalisation processing. Subsequently, a comprehensive evaluation function is constructed, and modifications are made to obtain the evaluation results, ultimately leading to a comprehensive evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities. 摘要
