Firstly, determine the evaluation indicators for the effect of English reading teaching for college students in intelligent classrooms. Secondly, the feature vector corresponding to the largest feature of the index is calculated, and the feature vector is quantised. Finally, based on the fuzzy set change algorithm, a fuzzy evaluation matrix is constructed to determine the grade of intelligent classroom teaching quality, construct an intelligent classroom teaching effect evaluation model, and obtain the evaluation results.
