The methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach, which makes it possible to systematically investigate the phenomena and processes occurring today in the world economy under the influence of digitalization. The application of the system approach methodology makes itpossible to use general economic research methods, including: system-structural and logistic analysis, comparative analysis and generalization, graphic. The main provisions of Industry 4.0 were highlighted, which the company must comply with in its development in order to meet international standards.
