摘要

采用Mini/MicroLED背光的显示产品,在采用PWM调光方法的情况下,配合OC (open cell, OC)的4‐掩模工艺,在低灰度级下会出现水平明暗带的明显变化,这在业内被称为瀑布现象。本文对瀑布现象产生的原因进行了分析和研究,并提出了三种改善瀑布现象的方法。在34英寸1152隔板模块上进行了实验测试,比较了改进前后的显示效果,验证了所提方法的有效性。
