The digitisation of the transport and shipping industry incorporates advanced technologies such as cloud computing, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and big data. These digital innovations are streamlining routes, forecasting demand, tracking shipments, and above all reacting quickly to changes, resulting in overall supply chain efficiency.
