The object of study consisted of determining the training perspective based on the new ways of working considering the organizational climate present in the Covid-19 period, for the design of content according to the needs of employees and companies. It was a quantitative study using the relationship of variables, in 6 dimensions (quality of working life, work design, interpersonal relationships, leadership, performance management and participation management) with a classified assessment on the Likert scale, which was addressed to the economically active-occupied population (PEA-O), with the study sample of 234 people, covering 94%.
