The article reveals the main directions of tourism business development, ways to increase the competitiveness of travel companies. The work reflects the development of the main directions of inbound tourism from Russia to China, the development of technologies to meet the basic tourist needs of travelers. In order to develop management decisions in the field of tourism business, it is necessary to analyze the requests of tourists, behavioral intentions, as well as satisfaction with the tourist services provided. In the context of the above, we determined the purpose of the work: to identify the influence of the value of travel satisfaction on the behavioral intentions of Russian tourists visiting China. In this case, the object is the provision of tourist services, the subject is the satisfaction of Russian tourists traveling to China. 摘要

本文考察了旅游满意度的价值对俄罗斯游客来华旅游行为意向的影响。文章揭示了旅游企业发展的主要方向,提高旅游企业竞争力的途径。该工作主要体现了俄罗斯到中国入境旅游发展的方向,发展满足旅游者基本旅游需求的技术。为了制定旅游业务领域的管理决策,有必要分析游客的要求、行为意图以及对所提供的旅游服务的满意度。在上述背景下,我们确定了工作的目的:确定旅行满意度的价值对俄罗斯游客来中国旅游的行为意向的影响。在本案例中,客体是提供旅游服务,主体是俄罗斯游客到中国旅游的满意度。作为研究的主要结论,作者提出了一些建议,旨在提高俄罗斯游客对中国旅游的满意度。
