摘要

以马来酸酐与1-己烯为原料,采用自由基聚合法制备了聚(1-己烯-共马来酸酐)。1-十四醇和1-十六醇分别与聚(1-己烯-共合马来酸酐)反应生成聚(1-己烯-共合马来酸二四环基)和聚(1-己烯-共合马来酸二十六进基)。以马来酸酐与甲基丙烯酸甲酯为原料,采用自由基聚合法制备了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-共马来酸酐,再与1-十四醇反应制得聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-共马来酸酐。采用红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振光谱(HNMR)对制备的三种聚合物进行了表征,热重分析(TGA)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对其热稳定性和分子量进行了表征。将所制备的聚合物用于改善Dura炼油厂三种基础油的降凝剂和粘度指数。结果表明,三种聚合物对提高基础油的倾点和粘度指数都有一定的作用
