The research subjects for assessment were 3 academic experts and 4 trainers with a minimum C AFC License. In the field trial (feasibility test) 4 teenage soccer athletes were involved. For the effectiveness test, 30 soccer athletes were involved. The data collection technique for preparing a draft special physical training model uses a narrative literature review technique. The steps used to collect expert test data are using the Delphi technique.
