They have been identified in different organisms, such as viruses, plants, human beings, and animals by using computational analysis tools. miRNAs are best predicted by next generation sequencing. They play a role as potential biomarkers in developmental processes. They are important therapeutic agents which play their role in diseases, such as cardiovascular, autoimmune, cancer, and neural degenerative diseases. The current study aimed to explore miRNAs and their clinical applications.
