XYZ is a company that was founded in 1978 and is engaged in the manufacture of Shock Absorber Manufacturers, Steem Steem, Power Steering, and other components. With so many vendors or company equipment, there will also be many vehicles that will enter the PT. XYZ. This research was conducted to find out whether the queuing system implemented by the company when the vendor arrives is effective or needs to be improved. The analytical method used in this study uses the Multi Channel - Single Phase queuing system analysis method. XYZ with vendors served at post D2-1 every hour is 1.6 vendors per hour, and from the data it can be seen that the system utility is 0.5037. So that it can be said that the post has a busy percentage of 50.37% of its working time with a probability of an unemployed postal worker of 0.5219. Also obtained the average number of vendors in the queue 𝐿𝑞 of 2.0268. So the average number of vendors queuing is 2 vendors and the average customer in the system served in the queue is 4 vendors.
