A CLIMATIC PREDICTABILITY INDEX FOR SOUTH WEST MONSOON SEASON IN DIFFERENT DISTRICTS OF WEST BENGAL WITH APPLICATION OF FRACTAL DIMENSION ANALYSIS
1.
