Application of Finite Partially Ordered Sets in the Determination of Production Chain Planning Strategy
Using the implemented planning mechanisms in modern IAMS, an approach has been developed for the application of elements of the apparatus of the mathematical theory of categories for the automation of production processes of enterprises. The use of elements of the mathematical theory of categories in IAMS provides an opportunity to build a system model that allows analyzing and predicting the behavior of subsystems, providing automatic process control, identifying and eliminating problems, and optimizing resources and processes. Category theory provides formal tools for describing the structure and relationships between objects in a system. In the context of automation of production processes, it can be applied to describe system components, their relationships and interactions between them. For manufacturing enterprises, in which the number of production divisions or production centers of a separate division (production site) is limited, the peculiarities of the application of the mathematical apparatus of the theory of categories for planning production processes and the distribution of costs in the formation of the cost of finished products have been investigated. The conditions for building strategies for utilization of technological resources of the enterprise to ensure their effective use have been obtained.
