Changes to organizational culture and the demands of today's workforce have brought about a revolution in the work arrangement universe—and a possible death to the traditional ‘full-time in office' model. Through the analysis of Twitter sentiment regarding three types of work arrangement preferences, this study observes the preference for flexibility in work modes—a combination working from home + office (hybrid work). Random forest models were able to predict a worker's specific preference to an accuracy of ~68%.
