摘要

根据隔板纸长度误差在±0.1mm以内的精度要求,设计了一种基于STM32F103单片机的自动电池包装机隔板纸控制系统。我们选择两相混合式步进电机作为设计的主要动作元件,并选择基于STM32F103单片机的步进电机微步进方式来满足精度要求。通过单片机的定时器IO口,输出SPWM波形电流,控制两个h桥电路,驱动步进电机。本设计具有以下优点:纸张填充速度和纸张长度均可控制,且精度高,可靠性高,运行稳定。
