In this paper, according to the research status of demand response, combined with the requirements of the demand response system, the multi user demand response resource address pool is studied and designed. 摘要

目前,对电力系统需求响应的研究主要趋向于“调峰填谷”的研究,即在用户侧部分负荷为可中断负荷或可转移负荷的前提下,电网通过有效的经济或技术手段,直接或间接调动用户的积极性,实现调峰填谷。电网通过电费补偿、差别电价、分时电价等激励措施引导用户有序用电,即电力市场可以减少电网的峰谷差,减少电网损失和负荷冲击,保证电网的可靠运行。本文根据需求响应的研究现状,结合需求响应系统的需求,对多用户需求响应资源地址池进行了研究和设计。基于资源地址池,可以实现需求响应需求下的快速查询。
