In this paper, we propose an efficient method to mitigate interference and improve system capacity in the existing Femto-Macro two tier networks. In our proposed scheme, we use a novel frequency planning for two tiers cellular networks using frequency reuse technique where Macro base stations allocate frequency sub-bands for Femtocells users on demand basis through Femtocells base stations.
