Through the questionnaire survey, the following conclusions are obtained: the harmonious orientation of leadership will significantly affect the innovative behavior of employees, which is manifested in that the leader’s sincere harmony orientation significantly positively affects the employees’ innovation behavior; the leader’s superficial harmony orientation significantly negatively affects the innovative behavior of employees. 摘要

本研究基于本土文化背景,基于社会认知理论和社会学习理论,引入员工亲社会动机作为中介变量,探讨领导者和谐导向与员工创新行为关系的影响机制。通过问卷调查,得出以下结论:领导的和谐取向会显著影响员工的创新行为,表现为领导者真诚的和谐取向显著正向影响员工的创新行为;领导者表面的和谐取向对员工的创新行为有显著的负向影响。员工亲社会动机在领导者和谐取向与员工创新行为之间起中介作用。
