Firstly, the three-dimensional model of suspension mechanism of maglev vehicle is imported into Hypermesh to establish the finite element model of the whole suspension mechanism. According to the data provided by SMT, various load conditions are applied to the suspension mechanism. Then, the finite element model is imported into Ansys to obtain the displacement, stress and fatigue life contours under various working conditions. Mechanical Properties Analysis of Maglev Vehicle Suspension Mechanism
