The research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov Two Independent Samples with SPSS version 20.0. 摘要

本研究的目的是利用科学的方法对服务信息的有效性进行研究,并采用讲座的方法来提高学生提问的技能。本研究采用准实验设计,采用前测后测对照组设计。研究人群为阿利亚·阿西耶·宾贾和穆罕默德·穆罕默德·宾贾伊斯兰学校的学生,采用有目的抽样方法选择受试者。研究工具采用问卷调查。数据分析采用Wilcoxon sign Ranks检验和Kolmogorov-Smirnov两独立样本,采用SPSS 20.0版本。在此基础上,提出了科学的信息服务以提高学生提问能力的更有效的方法。
