摘要
聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)由于其独特的优点而被广泛用作优良的微芯片材料。本文构建了用于微芯片电泳可视化的激光诱导荧光检测系统,并利用电荷耦合器件(CCD)相机对SYBR Green I标记的DNA片段进行了一系列电泳操作。研究了筛分基质浓度和电场强度对进样塞形成的影响。PCR标记在PDMS芯片上分离良好。
