Land rights are rights granted by the State so that they can be granted by Indonesian citizens by way of land registration. Land registration is carried out to provide legal certainty and protection for every landowner. Although a land registration application has been made, when the petition is still submitted to a land dispute, such as an overlapping certificate, or a counterfeit certificate. Supreme Court Decision No. 1820 K / Pdt / 2017, namely the issuance of two certificates of ownership on the same land. 摘要
土地是具有各种权利的地球表面,其中之一就是土地所有权。土地权利是国家授予的权利,以便印度尼西亚公民可以通过土地登记的方式授予这些权利。进行土地登记是为了给每一个土地所有者提供法律上的确定性和保护。虽然已经提出了土地登记申请,但由于土地纠纷,如证书重叠、证书伪造等,仍然提交了申请。最高法院第1820 K / Pdt / 2017号决定,即签发同一土地的两份所有权证书。通过查看最高法院第1820 / K / Pdt / 2017号决定各方执行的买卖程序,双方之间已经有效地进行了买卖,然后为Yuni和其他仅通过向土地所在的地方法院提交索赔而制定相同政策的人提供法律保障。同时,作为土地所有人,在购买土地和转让土地之前,通过向国家土地厅检查土地证书,避免支付土地建议书的纠纷。
