This is a mixed research study, drawing upon action research, which contributes to the role played by the teacher as a researcher of his/her own pedagogical activity. With the aim of training young researchers who are prepared for the scientific culture since upper secondary education, a conceptual exploration of research related topics is established, then the pedagogical experience is presented, where research competences are bundled together and strengthen the learning process (know-know and know-how) of middle school students. 摘要
