摘要

该研究在姑邦努沙仙丹那大学畜牧学院饲料野外实验室进行,为期5个月(2019年9月至2020年1月)。本试验旨在探讨不同土壤类型种植的紫靛对酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和纤维素的影响。试验采用完全随机设计(CRC), 3个处理,6个重复。处理分别为:P1=冲积土,P2=土积土,P3=红壤土。测定的变量为ADF、NDF和Cellulose。不同土壤类型种植蓝草对ADF和纤维素含量的NDF均有显著提高(p < 0.05)。综上所述,黄花靛蓝的NDF含量与土壤类型有关,红壤中NDF含量最高,为32.29%。
