Arbitration agreement is the fundamental precondition for starting the arbitration procedure and is the foundation of legality and justice.Arbitration agreement,to a great extent,demonstrates the arbitration free will principle and the agreement arbitration system,and it is the cornerstone of the whole arbitration system.In addition to the general effective conditions that general contract shall have,the arbitration agreement shall have some special effective conditions;otherwise,it becomes invalid.Although the party to arbitration agreement has right to put forward disapproval to the effect of the arbitration agreement,but it is the salutatory in stitution that determines the effectiveness of the arbitration agreement.After the party to contract has been changed,the arbitration agreement is still valid if only the party has not opposite opinion.
