PEMBUATAN MESIN PEMOTONG DAN PENIRIS TEMPE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRODUKSI DI PONDOK DARUL MUTTAQIN

Many problems in developing countries are related to economic problems. This is also felt by our nation where one of the causes is the lack of education and skills possessed by the younger generation, which can lead to high levels of unemployment and jobs that are not in accordance with their expertise. The purpose of this program is to improve the abilities and skills possessed by students at Darul Muttaqin Batu Entrepreneurship Lodge. The method used in this service program is to provide tempe slicers and drainer to partners in order to increase their production capabilities. The results obtained from this activity showed that the ability and skills of the students to produce tempe increased and the time needed to produce tempe chips was shorter. Initially, the production level of making tempe chips was only about 2 kg, with this program being held it could reach more than 10 kg.
