摘要

为了研究电机定子电流信号对机械振动故障信号的响应机理,以滚动轴承外圈局部冲击故障检测为例,利用赫兹弹性碰撞理论,建立了当滚动体通过外圈局部故障时,瞬时和幅值较大的冲击力矩力学模型。在此基础上,建立了电机驱动滚动轴承的仿真模型并进行了仿真分析。为了获得实际的电机定子电流信号和滚动轴承的振动加速度信号,设计了专用的滚动轴承故障仿真试验台,并对仿真结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,电机定子电流信号能有效地检测滚动轴承的局部故障,所建立的冲击转矩力学模型也具有一定的实用性。
