摘要

在实施创新人才培养模式和校企联合办学的新形势下,高校注重全面提高学生的职业技能和职业素质,实现学生职业管理评价。学生职业能力评价是对学生学习能力和职业素质的综合评价。高职院校可以通过构建高职学生综合评价体系,将模糊综合评价与层次分析法相结合。采用层次分析法确定评价目标和指标权重,采用模糊综合评价法对学生职业能力进行综合评价。根据评价结果,高校可以改进学生的激励和培养模式。
