The research method used is a literature review through electronic databases and websites: Scopus, ProQuest, Ebsco, Google Scholar, etc. There are eleven studies identified according to the inclusion criteria and explaining that a leader must have good adaptability, be able to read situations, carry out leadership functions, and have a positive impact on the organization he leads, and the leadership style adopted by a leader in achieving the goals of the organization he leads is a critical element. Democratic leadership is considered the most appropriate leadership style for supporting the performance of nurses in inpatient rooms. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨病室主任领导风格对病室护士绩效的影响。使用的研究方法是通过电子数据库和网站进行文献综述:Scopus, ProQuest, Ebsco, Google Scholar等。根据纳入标准确定了11项研究,并解释了领导者必须具有良好的适应性,能够阅读情况,履行领导职能,并对他所领导的组织产生积极影响,领导者在实现他所领导的组织目标时所采用的领导风格是一个关键因素。民主领导被认为是支持住院病房护士表现的最合适的领导风格。综上所述,病房主任的领导风格能力与护理服务的成功与否成正比。关键词:领导风格,护理室主任,住院病房,护士绩效
