How enterprisers can learn effectively has been a crucial and strategic point for the survival and development for the firms. Based on the network theory, this paper studies the effect of enterprisers' social network on enterprisers learning. After analyzing 122 valid samples from Yangtze River, we find that strong ties has a positive and significant effect on the enterprisers' leveraging learning while weak ties has no effect on enterprisers' exploratory learning. And then we discuss the results.
