Throughadetailedanalysisoftheliteratureaswellasaddingnewfactors,thisresearchidentifies 8 constructs for integrated CO implementation. The importance of the proposed constructs was theoreticallydiscussedandjustified.Usingasampleof202banks,theconstructsarethentested andvalidated.Theoverallresultsfromtheempiricalassessmentwerepositive,thusreflectingthe appropriatenessoftheproposedconstructs.Thisstudyprovidesnewtheoreticalgroundsforstudying theCO.Italsosuppliesbankswithanumberofoperativefactorsthatmaybeessentialiftheyareto remaincompetitiveinthedynamicmarketplace.Itgivesvaluableinformation,whichhopefullywill helpthisbusinesssectortoimplementCO.
