Label-free and non-invasive techniques are considered promising in the analysis of the cell. The impedance spectroscopy is matching with the advantages of these techniques. In this paper, we study the influence of the modification of the geometry of the electrodes as the source of dielectrophoresis force on impedance spectroscopy techniques.
