The main purpose of the study is to form a model of information support for the public administration system in the context of COVID-19. The public administration system is a complex element involving a huge number of departments and processes. It is difficult today to imagine a public administration system without the proper level of information support. Thanks to information, we can achieve certain results. Such a large system as public administration is complex and therefore an appropriate level of information support is very important for it. The information is different, but in general, as a result of the study, it was found that the information support of the public administration system in the context of COVID-19 is a process that has a certain amount of necessary information at the input, which ultimately allows you to achieve the desired goal. As a result of the study, we have proposed key ways of information support for the public administration system in the context of COVID-19. In addition, the main model of information support for the public administration system in the context of COVID-19 has been formed.
