Based on the perspective of rebate network channel pricing and rebate strategy, this paper builds the dual-channel sales model of retailers, studies the best selling price and the best rebate strategy provided by the third-party rebate platform to the consumers. Research shows that the best pricing strategy for physical retailers and the best rebate strategy for third-party rebates depends on consumer acceptance of rebate network channel and the cost of searching for merchandise rebates information.
