Review of Methodologies for Life Cycle Assessment of Power Electronic Devices
This paper reviews basic methodologies for estimation of the life cycle of the different power electronic devices. Such a study is necessary in order to assess the residual life of various machines, systems and equipment with a view to the use of semiconductor components in them.
