摘要

本文介绍了一种利用模糊逻辑进行感应电机断条检测与诊断的新策略的具体实现。采用电机电流特征分析(MCSA)。该策略依赖于代表断条缺陷的谐波的后续(幅度和频率),准备并因此产生足够的输入,用于由模糊逻辑做出决定的处理。所得结果良好,能够准确地检测出断筋的数量。
