摘要

介绍了一种方便组装的多电极对(MEP)横向激发放大(TEA) CO2激光器。从器件结构、电源、控制电路等方面对激光器进行了介绍。激光输出是可变的,从单脉冲到双脉冲和多脉冲,不同的组件。我们采用了一种新的空腔对准方法。控制系统给出的脉冲时间间隔在0 ~ 150微秒内连续可调。实验证明,脉冲序列特性稳定,脉冲参数完善。该激光器组装方便,为多电极对CO2激光器的工业应用奠定了基础。
