The research analyzes the education system and the conditions of staff qualifications within the judicial system. As the normative framework is set so as to direct the levels and methods of education of staff in this area, so the analysis of certain positive legal solutions and their feasibility in practical application draws conclusions about the quality and needs of possible changes. A special Law on Bar Exam is a key segment of the education system. A comparative analysis of systemic solutions and strategies at the level of the European Union leads to conclusions about the directions of possible directions at the micro level and the expected solutions in our country. Concluding remarks sublimate the whole research of the topic and lay the basis for further consideration of the researched.
