摘要

本研究旨在确定并分析价格感知与促销对高捷在线交通用户Tasikmalaya市消费者满意度的部分及同时影响。在本研究中使用的方法是定量方法与消费者调查的方法与100名受访者的样本。以数据形式收集的数据使用问卷调查技术进行。本调查的数据分析采用多元回归分析,相关系数测定采用SPSS软件。调查结果显示,价格感知与促销同时或部分对消费者满意度有显著影响。
