摘要

关于地区政府的2014年第23号法律经过多次修订，最近的2015年第9号法律规定，研究与开发职能是实施地区政府事务的辅助职能之一。随后，该Hzl通过2016年第18号政府法令进行了跟进，该法令涉及经2019年第72号印度尼西亚共和国政府条例修订的区域机构，该条例规定，区域机构是由摄政区/城市地区管辖的政府事务的支持要素。本条所称配套事务包括(一)规划;(三)人员编制和教育培训;(四)研究开发;(五)法律、法规规定的其他配套职能。
